Is Vantaj really free to try?
Yes, no credit card required. The Free plan lets you create 2 batches and log up to 100 records, including photos. Enough to get you started.
How do I upgrade?
We're currently in beta. Email
guy@vantaj.uk and we'll get you set up. Automated payments are coming soon.
What happens if I hit my record limit?
You'll see a clear message before filling out a form. Your existing records are always safe.
Do volunteers need an account to log boxes?
No. Anyone with the QR code and a smartphone can scan and log a box. No account, no app, no password. Only the person managing the batch needs to log in.
We're a small charity. Can we get a discount?
Yes – that's what the Humanitarian plan is for.
